I love that everything my doc says I need is in one supplement. I used to have to take 4 separate one to get everything I needed. I also love that it’s a gummy because I already have to take enough pills. It makes being healthy enjoyable, they are good for me and are a treat too!

We tried on a suggestion from dr. and finances had to drop a couple months. End result is generic and Big brands not even close with to many ingredients. Could see different results, so came back to these. Two thumbs up.

I love these, I take two a day and they help my energy a lot. I also have had a short period since having my daughter, after 3 months on the vitamins, my period has become longer like normal, I really think they are helping to balance my hormones.
We started our daughter on this multivitamin and she is loving the taste as well as it being a gummy. Since she started taking this we started to see some changes in her since she is someone that is picky when it comes to food. I was always so tired, had brain fog and kept falling asleep every time I sat on the couch. Not anymore! I bought these for my 13 year old with hopes of balancing her mood (& attitude.) So there would be no placebo effect, I did not share this with her. She knew she was taking a different vitamin than her usual “teen girl” gummy.
I am so pleased to say…within 3 days I saw improvement with my girls “bad-itude”! Beyond mood, her next menstrual cycle was significantly improved. Her usual cramping (that can be severe enough to keep her in bed) was markedly better. And her flow was less & shorter.
