Good taste, good texture, better sleep
My wife and I both take these, I'm 6'4" 205 and I take 3-4 about 2 hours before I go to bed, my wife is 5'6" 140 and she takes 2 the same. Our sleep has been much improved, probably the best in 20-30 years. We may wake up once or twice either for restroom break or hearing something but can get back to sleep right away. I don't feel like I'm being "knocked out"(I wouldn't like that), just seems to help....not sure exactly how but it does! I'm back on the site shortly restocking!!
