I had to contact customer service and they turned a stressful situation into a ‘no problem’ solution. Even before my product came, I was already a fan of this company. I have tried to find vitamins that my teenaged daughter would take everyday. I saw first day and I gave them a shot as my daughter has great difficulty concentrating and it was affecting her schooling and anxiety was really affecting her quality of life . I could not get her to eat veggies or fruits. Like many teenagers she would default to noodles.
Now I have an ally with vitamins she loves! I bought a pill organizer and she is totally onboard. I’m very hopeful and hope this review helps parents with fussy teenagers who won’t eat healthy.
I have had much better ability to fall asleep and achieve deeper sleep. I will say that the recommendation of 2 gummies was too much for me. I was sleepy during the day. Switched to one and it worked much better for me. I still have occasional difficulty sleeping but overall much improved.
Ok... Well...I did some research before I decided on purchasing First Day brand vitamins (also purchased women's' multi vitamin and teen multi vitamin). I figured it was worth a try for 90 days. First of all, they taste good! Second of all, my stomach issues have really seemed to subside. But what really sold me (and the reason for the title of the review) is that what started as what we thought was food poisoning with my oldest child, ended up being norovirus. My oldest child had it first. Then my youngest child caught it next. Then my middle child came down with it. Lastly, my husband got it. I took care of all of them. They were all sick within 7-10 days of each other and it lasted for 4-6 days each. Somehow, someway I myself didn't get the stomach virus, or norovirus. It was then that I thought ain't no way they all 4 had this horrible, nasty stomach virus and it completely bypassed me. Then....I realized... Wait a minute... I'm taking gut health vitamins. Ain't no way that anyone can tell me I avoided that sickness otherwise. I totally give these gut health vitamins a 10/10. That's why I continue to subscribe to them.
My son loves these, customer service is phenomenal.
It has helped my daughter go to sleep easier without all the fuss.
My teen really needed to have more vitamins in his diet and improve his mood, he's been taking these for a few weeks and so far it seems like he's feeling better. I like that he is ok with the taste and willing to take them daily which is already a win! Would recommend you give these a try if you have a teen struggling with mood and sleep issues, it might help
I have only been taking this for a little over a week, but it has made a massive difference in how my stomach feels. I have IBS, and this is certainly helping those symptoms. I think it is overall helping with my energy, too!
I absolutely love these multi-vitamins! They taste great and stay soft and chewy. I have more energy that lasts all day. They have helped regulate my gut as well. They have helped with my brain fog. I love that they come in refill bags and I can put them in the container I already have. I highly recommend to everyone! I even got the ones for men for my husband and adult son.
We love these dummies. My grandson loves to take them-- no fussing about it. Shortly after taking them, he is calmer. Usually, 30 minutes to 1 hour later, he falls asleep and sleeps through most nights. These are noticeable differences prior to starting on these Nighttime gummies.
These gummies are delicious! And I honestly feel better after taking these than other vitamins. They are all natural and have all the nutrients I want and need. I am so glad I found these!

My 11 yr old eats these no problem and he's picky about gummy vitamins. I love the clean whole ingredients, no junk.
I must take vitamins due to my ability to absorb nutrients. I have gotten blood transfusions in the past due to this deficiency. The previous company that produced capsuted vitamins stopped production and went to powdered drinks. Sorry, i just can't handle the chalky ick taste. I saw a First Day ad and at this point was desperate as i was watching my blood values drop. By the second month I was holding steady. I get blood work again in August and I will update. Bonus is I have energy again and feel great. I've bought an extra month to let my employees and co- workers try them. Do you make trial packs for sharing?
My 5 year old has always been picky—super picky. Like sometimes he won’t even eat his favorite foods because “they look funny today”. This kid absolutely loves these gummy vitamins. He reminds me every day that it’s time for his “pills”. Since he’s started taking these, his behavior has leveled out, believe it or not. Not as many tantrums or screaming fits. We still have some, but not as bad they were. Thanks First Day!
While I'm not entirely sure about the specific changes in the new product - I didn't use the previous one long enough to notice any significant changes in results - I do appreciate the taste of the new formula, which is more like a gummy candy with a less sticky consistency. More importantly, I've experienced significant improvements in my energy levels and mood.

My daughter is ten going on fifteen and sometimes she gets moody, but with these kids multivitamins, she has been able to regulate for emotions better. Her body is getting what it needs. My son has down syndrome and has low muscle tone, which results in a slow digestive system. So with the kids probiotics it has kept him regular and very happy. Doing wonders in the potty training world!

I used these every day. I have definitely see a difference. I ran out and my energy and fatigue has not been the same. I am tired every day. Waiting for my new shipment to arrive. It also kept me healthy. I had not been sick in some time.
Had trouble with my son eating. After we made it through 1 and half containers his eating has picked up and his variety of food has expanded. He does not crave sweets as bad as he did before he started the vitamins.
