I was genuinely surprised, I’ve recently felt a lot more awake in my mornings and been sleeping far better and easier. Though you may have to keep it consistent for maybe about 1.5 - 2 weeks for that energy feeling. Also a small plus just being that they don’t taste bad at all, it think it’s worth giving it a chance and looking into if you’re interested in a multivitamin.

These vitamins really do what they say! They are amazing! Our son has epilepsy and his meds have some side effects that affect his mood, we switched to these and it was a night and day difference. We love them! They are a little bit sticky but manageable :)

After much research, I decided to try these vitamins for my neurodivergent 5 year old who is an extremely picky eater. He's been taking the gummies for at least two years now. He loves them, and I love that he is healthy- rarely gets sick - even common colds, and he's hitting all growth chart markers.
After trying other products this was finally something that worked for me. I take it a hour before I am ready for sleep and when I lay down withing minutes sleep sets in softly and continous for 7 to 8 hours. When I wake up, I am not groggy and tired an no headaches - Yay!!
I have tried other probiotics and I had not really noticed a difference. I have dealt with constipation my whole life. I have noticed a significant difference with these and I love that they are not covered in sugar and do not have any artificial colors or preservatives.
