I have struggled with sleep issues for years., averaging maybe 3 hours of sleep each night. I have tried just about everything including melatonin, Tylenol PM and prescription meds like ambien. I took 2 of the gummies an hour or so before bed and actually slept a good 6 or 7 hours the very first night. I am feeling so much better and able to be more active during the day time.

These vitamins are worth every penny! I have been giving them to my son for the past handful of months- I can tell a difference with how it helps fill his nutritional gaps as a picky eater. My 4 yr old son loves these gummies! They are delicious (tastes and smell like blueberry) and it helps him to calm his mind and body down after a long day. They don’t give him nightmares like other nighttime gummies we’ve tried that had melatonin, and he looks forward to it every night! I was skeptical at first, but if anyone is on the fence about trying them, let this review be the review you need to give it a go- you won’t regret it!

Our son struggled with tantrums given his poor diet (picky eater, and we have tried everything!) As soon as we introduced First Day in his diet, the change was immediate!
I am terrible about taking vitamins daily. I forget, they upset my stomach if I don’t take the, with food, etc. never been a problem with first day! I take them right away after ai walk my dog and give him HIs vitamins, before I head to the gym because they taste good and don’t upset my tummy! I love them!

If you have a teenager you know the struggle can be real when they don’t feel right. They get angry and short fused. My son, 14, was struggling with a sour gut as we like to call it in our house. He didn’t feel sick per se, but he didn’t feel great either. He kept telling me that his stomach wasn’t quite right. I honestly didn’t know what to do with that statement. We had him checked at the doctors and bloodwork pulled but he was a completely healthy 14 year old boy. Then we found FirstDay. We started with the multivitamins and his mood swings stopped almost completely, but he still complained about his stomach. I started looking at the other products and found the gut boost. We loved the old gummies right off the bat. They recently changed the multi admin flavor (apparently) and shape and it took some getting used to but now he eats them like a champ! Loves them
