Can I cancel or change my order?

We move fast! There’s a 1-hour window to cancel or edit an order after it’s placed. After that, it’s typically already processing for shipment. If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please reach out to us at support@firstday.com as soon as possible.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship through USPS for quick, reliable delivery. Occasionally, we may use a regional carrier depending on your area.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order ships and is assigned a tracking number–so you’re never left guessing where your gummies are.

Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address–just reach out to us right away at support@firstday.com.Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes. Because our system uses the address provided at checkout or in your subscription account, we’re not able to reship or refund orders due to incorrect or outdated information.If the package gets returned to us, we’ll follow up with next steps.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. For Canadian orders, a $5 international shipping fee applies–and you might see additional import fees depending on where you live. Canadian orders are shipped DDU (delivered duties unpaid).

Yes! We ship to Canada. Canadian orders are DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) and include a $5 international shipping fee. Our products are labeled and sold in compliance with U.S. FDA regulations. By purchasing, Canadian customers accept responsibility for ensuring compliance with Canadian import requirements, including Health Canada’s regulations. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and fees upon delivery. If an order is refused or unclaimed, it may not be eligible for a refund.

Can I skip or pause a subscription order?

Life happens–we get it! You can skip or pause upcoming deliveries anytime through your account dashboard. It’s super flexible.

1. Under the Subscriptions tab, select the products you're subscribed to that you want to skip for the month.

2. Press on the Skip next order button and confirm to save the changes.or contact us at support@firstday.com and we'll be happy to help.

How do I change my next ship date?

You can adjust your next delivery date in your account settings at firstday.com. It’s flexible and takes just a few clicks!

1. Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab.

2. Choose the subscription you want to pause.

3. Scroll to the bottom and find the "Pause Subscription" button.

4. Select your preferred date and tap the "Pause Subscription" button.

5. A confirmation message will pop up for your successful change. You'll also spot the update in your account summary after a few minutes.

Can I switch to a different product?

Absolutely! You can swap products right in your account!

Follow these steps:

3. Locate and select the Swap Product button from the available options.

4. Select the product you’d like to receive in your next delivery and the quantity.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer free returns?

Because our products are consumable, we’re unable to accept returns. If you’re eligible under our 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee, we’ll walk you through the process.

What if my product arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please send us a photo of the damaged item as soon as able at support@firstday.com and we’ll make it right.

What if my order is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

If your order is marked delivered but not found, please double check with neighbors or your local USPS. Still missing? Reach out–we’ll help troubleshoot from there.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order was damaged or lost in transit.

How do I request a refund or replacement?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Shop Pay for fast checkout.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged at checkout. For subscriptions, billing happens automatically every 30 days–so there are no surprises.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes! We run special offers and promos throughout the year. Keep an eye on your inbox or check our website banner for the latest.

Can I stack multiple discounts?

As much as we love a good deal–discounts can’t be combined with bundles, promos, or subscriptions. One sweet deal at a time!

Can I apply a discount after placing my order?

Unfortunately, discounts must be applied at checkout and can’t be added after the fact.

Why didn’t my discount code work?

Do you charge tax?

Yep–tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local rules. (We don’t make the rules… we just follow them.)

Our gummies are not Kosher certified at this time, but we do not use gelatin or other ingredients that would typically violate Kosher standards. We always strive to create clean, inclusive formulas so families can feel good about what they're taking.
