Teens' Daily Kickstart Multivitamins

I was on the hunt for a high-quality multivitamin for my son, who is extremely picky about what he eats. After a lot of research, we decided to try First Day for Teens, and I have to say—I’m impressed!

I have seen this product spriling from FB ads to reels when my daughter transitioned to 13 years old. I felt I had to be prepared for any changes. It can be her eating habits, moods, endurance, or anything that has to her development and growth Physically, Intellectually, Emotionally and Socially. We've utilized 15 pouches +3 with jars that I refill each time. I have also shared another pouch with my colleague, who has faced challenges with her child. I hope they feel the same. I'm happy my daughter doesn't have those hunger moments- she did better at school and how she relates socially. She's not as picky on food as she used to be. Now, I have included smoothie vegetables and fruits as her daily smoothie breakfast and have even added Moringa powder, and she feels more energized. I live in Canada and had seen the adds for months. I wanted to give them a try for my 14 year old but the cost to get them to me kept me from ordering them. Out of desperation and after reading the reviews I decided I had nothing to lose. They took 3 weeks to get to me and came in a sticky clump but customer service were amazing and helped me out. I don’t know if we can attributed it entirely to the gummies but my daughter is happier, more focused, less tired, less irritable, more positive, more motivated and not skipping classes since starting these. She and I both believe they have contributed in part to the changes we have seen. She never misses taking them because she feels so much better and doesn’t want to go back to how she felt before. They will definitely be a part of her daily routine for the foreseeable future! I have since ordered a 6 months supply. I didn’t go the subscription route because they take so long to arrive in Canada (via a very long travel route) and I felt like it made more sense to just buy a whole bunch at a time. The only problem with that is that I ended up having to pay a significant amount of duty. Regardless, we are VERY happy we decided to give these a try. Without hesitation, I would recommend them, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain if they work for your child.

It's hard to find a good quality gummy vit. This one is pretty good and my teen loves them. He mostly remembers to take them but they definitely help him. It has improved his sleep and mood for sure. The only thing he hates is the original package it came in with the large twist top. He prefers a pop top as it is easier and he'll be more likely to remember to take them.
