When will my order ship?
After placing your order, we make every effort to process your order within 24 hours. Preparing, packaging, and shipping your order are all part of this process. However, due to the high volume of orders we get from time to time, please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can keep track of it.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to our families in the United States and Canada but we are looking to expand soon so watch out for this exciting update!
How long does shipping take?
Our packages are usually delivered within 3-8 business days. However, once in a while, the delivery service encounters unforeseeable circumstances that causes a delay.
