Growth Support

How This Helps

92% of kids don’t get enough vitamin D3 — a nutrient their bodies need to absorb calcium and support growing bones. During adolescent years, growth plates open, creating the areas where new bone is formed. But they don’t stay open forever. That makes proper nutritional support during this window especially important.

🦴 Vitamin D3 - Supports healthy bones during a critical stage of growth*

🧬 Folate (B9 / methylfolate) - Supports DNA synthesis and cell growth*

🧠 Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) – supports development of the nervous system*
