I am 70 and have been taking First Day for a couple of months. I was so impressed with them I kept telling my niece I wanted her to get them for her daughter. She is a precious child but her diet consists of nothing but fast food. After sending promotional material to my niece for a couple of months, I finally asked her if she had ordered them yet. She said she wasn't going to because they are too expensive. I asked her if I could buy them for the child. She said ok but she won't take them if they taste bad. So I bought them and took them to her. I can't change her diet, but hopefully I can give her the building blocks necessary to develop a healthier body and mind while she is growing.

Our son (who is turning 6 soon) has been taking these multivitamins since he was 2.5 years old. We have noticed that his immune system seems so strong despite being a VERY picky, pasta loving kid.
