My son and I both take these and they are great for keeping us regular. Very happy with them and the taste is great.

Love these vitamins they really help to feel better through out the day . I just have question can theses vitamins cause constipation?
All three of my toddlers love the gummy vitamins, very picky eaters, but they have autism, so they are very picky. Gummies are working so far but they still want just chicken nuggets and fries all the time. I’m not giving up yet.
I’ve been using this product for 2 weeks and already shows a net benefit. My bowl movements are a lot better and a lot less bloating in the region of 70% better.

These taste great, they seem to help me stay asleep. I try not to take them every night so I do not become reliant on them.
Bought these for my daughter, and she really likes them. We have only been using them just over a month, but it seems like she is eating better already. Not as picky as she was before.
I have been unable to take multivitamins for over a decade due to a Shellfish allergy. Even those advertised as being only “fruits & vegetables” have Iodine in them. I eat poorly, so that doesn’t help either.

I LOVE that the refills come in an easy to open pouch to pour right into the reusable container. These have been SUCH a blessing for my daughter! I have two teenage boys and it has been a battle to get them to take a multivitamin! So much so, I had given up.
