I bought these for my three youngest kids. They really seem to make a difference in my 10 year old with mood and overall being more aggreeable. I'm not sure yet about a difference in my 8 and 6 year olds.

I’m picky and my son is picky and we are long time customers of First Day. I started looking into something to close to the gap on my son’s nutrition because he was in the very lower percentile and was a picky eater. And by picky I mean sensory issues stuff like that. He tried the gummy, liked the taste and within two days I noticed an increase appetite. We have been on the gummies consistently for over a year and another thing I noticed is we didn’t miss a single day of first grade.
