I’m really happy with the First Day Kids Vitamins! My kids actually like taking them, which is a huge win because getting kids to take vitamins isn’t always easy. 😅 I also love that I feel good about adding them to our daily routine and helping fill in some of the nutritional gaps, especially on those days when my kids aren’t eating the way I’d like them to.

This is the first time that we have come across a pre and postbiotic gummy for kids. It does not stick to the teeth and there is no fussing to take them. So far so good. We love them.

My teen daughter used to take a liquid multi but that was such a hassle. These gummies are so easy to take and they aren’t full of junk.
I will say from the one we bought in store to try before committing to a monthly subscription to the ones we get monthly are different. The bottle is different down to the tast per my kids. They said the ones in the first bottle tasted better. One thing I noticed is those one stuck together no matter the amount if shaking I did. The color in the monthly ones is a little lighter and the bottle in the subscription doesnt show raspberries on the front.
Finally, my kids will take their vitamins!! I feel better knowing my picky little eater will get the nutrients she needs.

I son hated all the different kinds of vitamins. The chalk, after taste. He eats well so I wasn't too worried if he didnt eat them. Then I seen your guys add wondering if he is getting what he needs. I said why not. We'll he loves them. Does argue about taking them. His mood after about 2 weeks I seen a difference. Not as moody not so many ups and downs, able to get up and going easier. I will definitely be ordering every month.
Taste and texture are very pleasing! I was disappointed to receive only the refill pouch for my first purchase and not the actual bottle. I'm afraid the gummies won't stay as fresh without the bottle.
