My LO is just as picky as her big brother but I don’t have issues with her taking her vitamins. She even wants to help me get them every time!

Kids love them and overall they seem to be more balanced. Little to no emotional outburst and seem to handle things better. Kids have been less tired and more active. I have also seen an improvement in their studies.

Taste fine and easy to take. They don't upset my teen's stomach like some vitamins and the magnesium sleep ones have definitely helped with his sleep.

My son has always struggled falling asleep...he's a night owl, but that is tough with an early school start. These actually work without any grogginess. I purchased this product after researching several vitamin brands. I'm thrilled to say that my 12 and 14 year old grandchildren who stay with me quite a bit are seeing and feeling results. I changed to First Day for my entire family a few months ago and have loved every product. As an educator, getting restful sleep and an immune system boost is so important to my ability to function daily. I've combined the Multi with the Nightime, and have been feeling better rested and refreshed than I have in a long time. So far, my student and I have avoided the "First Week" illnesses.

My daughter takes these and she said it is easily the most consistent she has been with a supplement because they are tasty and easy to take. I do wish they had 0 sugar.
