you know how some gummies get hard toward the end of the bottle, and you almost dread chewing them? that’s something i’ve noticed with others i’ve tried. these First Day Women’s Gummies have been soft, easy to chew, and dissolve so nicely. they don’t taste overly sugary either. so far, hands down my top choice.

I know I don’t eat right. I’m not recommending that for anyone. Lately I’ve had to have a lot of blood work done for various reasons and was concerned about outcomes. I needn’t have been concerned. All my important vitamin levels were very good. I attribute that to First Day vitamins.

To be honest my kids complained at first about the taste but by the 2nd week they take them without any complaints.
