Loving the FIRST DAY multivitamins. We’ve tried several of the “clean” vitamins but these are the first that our little gal enjoys the taste of and asks for if she thinks we forget! Thankful for a “no junk” product that I can trust, tastes good, is affordable, & is delivered so we never run out!
My teen daughter used to take a liquid multi but that was such a hassle. These gummies are so easy to take and they aren’t full of junk.
I will say from the one we bought in store to try before committing to a monthly subscription to the ones we get monthly are different. The bottle is different down to the tast per my kids. They said the ones in the first bottle tasted better. One thing I noticed is those one stuck together no matter the amount if shaking I did. The color in the monthly ones is a little lighter and the bottle in the subscription doesnt show raspberries on the front.
Finally, my kids will take their vitamins!! I feel better knowing my picky little eater will get the nutrients she needs.
My child is a picky eater, and it is a struggle to get them to eat nutritious foods. I am so thankful I have First Day vitamins to help fill that gap. I see the health of my child improving after just a few months. They have energy and don’t just eat and crave junk all the time.

I son hated all the different kinds of vitamins. The chalk, after taste. He eats well so I wasn't too worried if he didnt eat them. Then I seen your guys add wondering if he is getting what he needs. I said why not. We'll he loves them. Does argue about taking them. His mood after about 2 weeks I seen a difference. Not as moody not so many ups and downs, able to get up and going easier. I will definitely be ordering every month.
Taste and texture are very pleasing! I was disappointed to receive only the refill pouch for my first purchase and not the actual bottle. I'm afraid the gummies won't stay as fresh without the bottle.
My son has always been a horrible sleeper. We tried melatonin with no success. Since starting these he definitely seems to be waking up less and coming to get in bed with us. He loves the taste and reminds us at bedtime when we forget to give them to him.
Better mood regulation, better sleep routines, better behavior all around!
So far so good, no complaints about flavor and easy to remember with the whole family taking them!
My son said he’s been in a better mood and can’t explain why and he’s been able to focus and stay on task much easier. He’s 17 and diagnosed ADHD but prescription meds gave him major side effects so we stopped giving to him. He’s seen a real change in his daily routine and mood.

My 4 year old son loves the taste, the texture, and the fun shapes! I love that it came with a cute bottle and then refill pouches in the following months, so smart. His appetite has definitely improved along with an openness to try new foods. He’s growing in all ways good and blessed, thank you First Day for being such a family oriented and compassionate for kids type of company.
