  1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The First Day Apple Watch Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is an online entry Sweepstakes that begins on June 26, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 7, 2026 at 11:59:00 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes and completing an entry, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of First Day Life, Inc. ("Sponsor"), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, fulfillment, or promotion of the Sweepstakes (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, and the "steps" of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

  3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants may enter using either of the following methods, each of which has an equal chance of winning:

    (a) Purchase Entry: Purchase any product from the Sweepstakes webpage at https://firstday.com/pages/kde-welcome-kit-sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. Upon completion of a qualifying purchase, entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

    (b) Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, and email address on a piece of paper and mail it in a stamped, hand-addressed envelope to: First Day Apple Watch Sweepstakes, First Day Life, Inc., 2028 E. Ben White Blvd., #240-8088, Austin, TX 78741. Upon Sponsor's receipt of a complete and legible mail-in entry, entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by Sponsor no later than August 14, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per envelope.

    Entries submitted through the Free Entry method have the same chance of winning as entries submitted through the Purchase Entry method, and the method of entry will not affect an entrant's odds of winning. All requested information must be provided to be eligible to win. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. Proof of purchase or of mailing is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries submitted by the same person, email address, or household may be void.

  4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about August 17, 2026, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final. The potential winner will be notified via email within seventy-two (72) hours of the random drawing using the contact information provided at the time of entry, with instructions on how to verify eligibility and claim the prize. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, is ineligible, declines the prize, has not complied with these Official Rules, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, such potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners, after which the prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.

  5. PRIZE / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV") / ODDS: One (1) prize is available: one (1) Apple Watch SE 3, with model, color, size, and features determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The ARV of the prize is $249. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, endorser, or prize provider of the Sweepstakes.

  6. WINNER REQUIREMENTS / TAXES: Sponsor may require the potential winner to complete and return an eligibility certification, liability release, and, where permitted by law, a publicity release, along with any tax forms or other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor, within seven (7) days after the first notification attempt. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance or use not expressly stated as included. Failure to return required documentation within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

  7. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor and its affiliates and designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, likeness, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

  8. RELEASE / LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim, liability, or cause of action arising out of participation or attempted participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware, software, or other malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind. The Released Parties make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning the prize and disclaim any implied warranty.

  9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and to select the potential winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the action taken, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries have been received. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  10. PRIVACY: Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and will otherwise be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at https://firstday.com/policies/privacy-policy.

  11. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes that is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures (or its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, as applicable), and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted remotely before an arbitrator experienced and licensed to practice law in Texas. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, or have damages multiplied or otherwise increased, including attorneys' fees. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any demand for arbitration must be filed within one (1) year from the end of the Sweepstakes Period or the cause of action shall be forever barred.

  12. WINNERS' LIST: For the name of the winner, available after approximately August 17, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by September 7, 2026 to: First Day Apple Watch Sweepstakes Winner List Request, First Day Life, Inc., 2028 E. Ben White Blvd., #240-8088, Austin, TX 78741.

The Sweepstakes is solely sponsored by First Day Life, Inc. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not to Apple Inc.
