My kids love these vitamins, and I love that there is not a lot of added sugar in them. I ordered a two month supply in my first order, and I thought I might need to cancel if my kids did not like them. But, my kids have been taking them daily and, while I can’t say they’ve been taking them long enough to notice a significant difference, I’m going to stick with it because I know the benefits of the vitamins and my kids are happy to take them.
My 17 & 15 yr old teenagers LOVE these!!! My son has always had trouble with his tummy. Ever since we started these he's been doing great!!! We purposely ran out after the first 2 months just to see if he could tell a difference in the way he felt. Yep!! He was miserable!! Been on them ever since, almost 3 years now. They're both also on the teen multivitamin!!!

I was skeptical but bought these vitamins as a last resort for my teenage son. He has been sullen and moody for a while now, sleeping all day, no motivation to do anything, and never wanting to spend time with the family. Within two weeks of taking these vitamins I feel like I have my son back! He’s waking up at a normal time in the mornings, his attitude when I ask him to do things (like chores) is much more positive, he even asked if we could have a family movie night! I will continue to purchase these vitamins and I have already recommended them to friends with teens. He says they do not taste very good but he has continued to take them anyway so they must be making him feel better.

My only tip is to be sure to get them off your porch or mailbox if it’s a hot day. They were sitting a little too long in the sun on the front porch and congeal together a little bit.
