We started the First Day toddler daily vitamin because, like many, our kiddo had dove headfirst into picky eating. Despite trying our hardest to introduce new foods and always keep fruits and veggies on hand, we just knew he wasn't getting enough of the nutrients and vitamins he could be. I grew up on Flintstones vitamins and still shiver at the memory of that taste and texture. The First Day gummies are infinitely better. Everyone in the house likes these. My son won't drink other electrolyte drinks. He says they are yucky but these he calls juice and will actually drink them. Same with my MIL who is very particular and she said "now that's not too bad" lol. Usually I have to do a lot more water than what is suggested with the electrolyte drinks but this one is great in just your basic 16.9 oz bottle. I just wish there were more flavors
My son doesn't get the best balanced diet being in a picky eating stage and I noticed we had a lot of "I angry" meltdowns during the day. Since starting these his mid and behavior have made a dramatic change and now it seems like it's more of a regular 3 year old outbursts that are usually resolved quickly and we get a lot more "I love you" and "you my best friend" children's from him. This product is amazing. They worked much better then the melatonin that I gave my daughter first to help woth sleeping and relaxing before bed. She wakes up well rested now and gets up on her own for school wirh out someone having to go in her room to make her get out of bed.

I've been buying these for my 7 year old grandson quite a few years now, beginning with the daily vitamins. I believe so much in this product and this company, I literally drive over to my grandsons home every night to give them to him. He is on the spectrum and is very picky! I originally tried another company because, to be totally transparent, they were a bit less expensive, however, he refused to eat them. I decided no matter how inexpensive they were, if he wasn't eating them, then I was basically throwing my money down the drain and returned to first day.
