My 16yo son takes the teen vitamins and my 11yo daughter takes the kids vitamins. They both live the taste and my daughter finally had found a gummy vitamin that doesn't make her "teeth hurt" when she takes them. Not really sure what she means, but we have tried at least 8 different high grade vitamins for kids and First Day are the only gummy vitamins to pass the test!
Love these vitamins! I got the daily multivitamins for my 10 year old son (who is a super picky eater) and I have seen noticeable changes in hiim!! I also got the daily multivitamins for my teenage daughter (who is not a picky eater) and she says she can tell a difference in how she feels when she has missed taking them for a few days. Both children love them!!
My two teenagers have been taking the pre-biotics/pro-biotics and the multivitamin for 2 weeks and let me tell you I have noticed a huge improvement with their anxiety, moodiness and “laziness”. My daughter suffers from anxiety and she’s been a lot calmer with no episodes my son who absolutely never had the energy to clean his room and was moody all the time is honestly cleaning his room daily and is a lot calmer. I will keep buying these for my kids and see if they continue to work. Highly recommend

On top of the benefits in the ad, I noticed within two months a shocking benefit. Our 15 year old has had severe hives for years, going outside, taking showers, emotional upset, you name it and his legs were inflamed red and purple with hives, instantly, EVERY TIME. DR COULD NOT HELP. I noticed his legs looked totally clear and normal after a shower one day. I started watching and he had only had hives a few times but never a bad. I knew it was the gummies . He also takes the rain and focus ones. I looked over the ingredients. Again. Moringa and funct. Mushrooms I believe are doing the anti allergy effect. It's totally worth it just for that.
We've tried so many kids' vitamins and electrolytes, and these taste awesome. The electrolytes are for adults too, and they're the only ones I like. I strongly suggest trying them.

We started the First Day toddler daily vitamin because, like many, our kiddo had dove headfirst into picky eating.
