I have not been able to sleep for years. My mind just won't turn off. Since starting these gummies I have had the best sleeps I've had in ages! I take two gummies about an hour or so before I go to bed and I fall right asleep and stay asleep. They taste great too!
I seem to have more energy and I am sleeping better. I will order more!
I have noticed a marked increase in my energy levels since starting these gummies. I am way less fatigued during the day which is amazing! They are do easy to take as I get tired of swallowing pills. The only thing I would change is the flavour but that's only because I'm not a fan of orange.

My kid has been taking this for about 2 years now, great product, feels like his getting all the nutrients from some of the foods he does not eat. It also fulls him up a bit he says where he is eating his proper meals on time . He is also less moody and more calmer than usual.

I like the fact that these are gummies as I don't like to take a lot of pills. They taste good and are easy to chew. I like getting the refillable pouch as it is easy to take on trips versus the jar. I'm on my second month and I have not had any reactions and I think it's helping my body. I also like the fact that I get a lot of vitamins for my age in 2 gummies per day .

My 10 year old was starting to have night terrors that were extremely disturbing. I had been considering starting her on supplements due to the hormonal changes starting to happen and knew that magnesium would be a great supplement to add to the mix. She loves these and hasn't had anymore night terrors since. In fact she's starting to have recollection of good dreams, which she never had recollection of "normal" dreams before. For us this is a big win!
We have an active 6 year old who has trouble eating a balanced diet! I know shocking! She was on regular gummy vitamins from the store, but she did not always want them or eat them. Plus I never noticed a difference with her from when she ate them. We got the First Day vitamins due to an article I read about how they can really help so we started a subscription . She loves them. She would like more than 2, but when she gets her 2 a day you can reply tell a difference in her behavior and energy levels. Also her bedtime has been easier as long as I don’t give them to her right before bedtime (a very bad idea) She gets them in the mornings before school and they said she has had more focus in class. She gobbled them down:) we are very pleased.
